Monty did a great job of diagnosing the problem, explaining everything to us as he went along, cleaning the parts that needed cleaning, and then testing to make sure the machine was working. Very satisfied. Nice job!

Bryan did a GREAT job repairing my washing machine.
Our experience with Sears repair service sucked. 1st of all your tecks need to be trained better. We waited 4 weeks for a screw to be delivered. Rec'd everything else in 2 days from tecks visit. Not to mention the hundreds of dollars and time spent at the laundry mat for a family of 5. Final decision from Bryan we needed NO parts for repair. Just a screw needed to be tightened. A trained teck would of known this. Because of Sears unknowledgeable teck I can only hope that Sears would compensate with a reimbursement for my inconvenience. Suggestion maybe you should have new untrained tecks shadow trained tecks like Bryan till they know what they're doing and not inconvenience your customers.

Courteous and knowledgeable, Robert made 4 attempts to repair my oven with many new parts that he ordered, to no avail. But that does not diminish my respect for him and the Sears team. He worked with GE and made sure that they approved a replacement oven. Highly recommended.
