Robert was both knowledgeable and extremely personable.He explained the situation and the problem very clearly so that I felt satisfied even though the repair couldn't be done because the needed part isn't being made anymore. He suggested a work around and advised me to get the vent cleaned, both tips I appreciated. He's a gem.
