He was able to diagnose the problem on a timely basis and gave me suggestions as to how to proceed given the state of both the washer and dryer. Samsung fridge repair
Serviceman came today and quickly completed repairs - for which we have been waiting since early November. It took that long (3 mo) to get replacement parts. Was difficult to get a real person on the phone to advise of part arrival status.
