Excellent, Above and Beyond
All I know, is that I have several units, and there is no other rep for Sears Home Services that I want other than Bryan. Professional, honest, friendly personality, accurate, quick, and very fair. Goes above and beyond to help the client, and has ALWAYS been able to fix any issues I've had in this area. I can tell you, he is the ONLY person that I would have fix my issues when it comes to my Washer or Dryer, or Combos.
