Refrigerator
Rodney came twice to take care of our refrigerator. The first time to find out why not cooling and today put parts in to take care of temperature in freezer and refrigerator Very polite and took care of the problem. Answered any questions we had.

The handle of my freezer was loose and I did not see a way to tighten it. Rodney was friendly and did a good job. He also took time to answer some questions about the warranty plan. He had done service here since 2006 when we built the home and has always been very helpful.

He was very helpful and kind. He showed me how to maneuver our stackable washer and dryer so I can access the bottom to unclog the filter by myself for future reference. He recommended cleaning out our filter every 6 months since we have a very large, very hairy, pup, who's hair was the main culprit of the clog. Thank you!
