Dryer service
Bernard performed a diagnostic check on our dryer and found the issue was the plug not fitting properly in the outlet. We're happy with our service. He recommended replacing the outlet which we will be replacing soon.

Excellent service by Shane!! He diagnosed the problem correctly weeks ago, ordered the correct parts and installed them today. He is polite, professional and very informed and the reason we use Sears for repairs!!
