Upper Ice Maker Repaired, Bottom Ice Maker Not Working
Eric's work was good and competent. Upper ice maker appears to be working well. It seems that after board replacement, bottom ice maker is not working. Eric left his Steamer at my house. There was no way I could find to contact someone from his company. When I tried, the robotic voice stated no service scheduled for my number. I guess if the lower ice maker does not start to make ice by Monday, I will contact Samsung for the third time.

Ice maker repair.
Ice maker is making icecubes but not full size. He checked water line filter but ours doesn't have one so Water line from basement was never checked or flushed out. Individual says he believes ice maker not level yet the refrigerator has been level since we had it installed. For the money I paid I'd like to see the line flushed and the ice making cycle checked.

Not fixed
Problem not fixed. Tub still banging against the sides violently. The panel or board was replaced. Please advise so we can reschedule. Thank you.

The ice bucket is stuck in the freezer and cannot be removed. He did not have the part needed to repair the microwave
