Colin Tech 778 is the best. But overall experience with Sears from waiting 5 months to fix issue , to waiting months for small parts, to the bad technician who damaged my countertop...I'm demanding a full refund on the entire charge

I had a very BAD experience. We had an appointment 8to 12 and after calling there an entire day the technician finally came at 5:05. The technician was angry I guess from working hard all day. He did his job and fixed the appliance Usually after the appliance is fixed they talk to you about using the appliance. He basically just packed up and took off I never signed anything This experience was not a good one.

Technician wouldn’t go into the attic to diagnose the problem because he said that there was too much insulation up there. I offered to clear the path for him myself and then he still said no because he said he didn’t want to breathe in the insulation.

Sears technician made my refrigerator worse: I called three months ago for service under the Sears protect plan for a cooling problem, and now, after ten techs visited, nothing is working, not even the freezer which was working perfectly fine before they showed up. I have called to make a claim for a new one, which IS covered under warranty, and they say that the technician didn’t put the right note in, and I need to wait for him to come back to do the claim. So after weeks of them coming to fix the refrigerator, now I have to wait until after New Years for them to come check, actually put in the correct note this time, and then finally get them to put in a new refrigerator. Horrible service.

The technician that was sent to my House has know knowledge of repairs at all. He is horrible. I expect a call from a manager or else I will dispute the charge on my credit card. I have used sears in the past and this one is the worst. I showed him the dishwasher and he said it will coast thousands to fix and later he said it will about $500 and Change. Please call me back.
