Perseverance
Tyler was relentless in determining what part of my zero turn mower was defective. He spent much of his own time investigating and questioning other technicians to ascertain what the problem was. He was finally successful and my mower is now working after a month or more being out of service. Thank you, Tyler, for your perseverance and effort.
