Refrigerator repair
Sean called prior to his visit. After he examined the unit, he explained in detail what needs to be done. After the troubleshooting, he moved the unit back into place and immediately order the parts required to fix the unit. He then told me the expected delivery time and Sears would initiate another service appointment to complete repairs. Throughout the call, he was totally professional and eager to answer all my questions. Very good technician 👍
