Freezer repair experience
Bruno thought my freezer problem was very funny. He seemed to be totally uninterested fixing the problem and I had to ask if it required him returning. I can't believe this is the Sears I've been dealing with for over 50 years. Most of my appliances are from Sears and many items in my house also, Which I still have & love. Many of my Sears appliances are still working. I am afraid if they stop like my freezer after 40 years I will not have them working because of poor repair attitudes of your repairman

Service
The technician did a great job to get my machine back up and running. However, the scheduling of the appointment no human communication I would give a beyond poor. The confusion, the lack of communication, the incompetency of needing more than one technician because my dryer is above my wash machine, which I clearly stated each and every time we scheduled an appointment. I have even gone to PC Richards I will never never use A & S service again. I have even gone as far as talking to PC Richards and telling them with the quality that they deal with. I'm shocked that they would deal with it less than lower standard company as A & S . Again, this is no reflection on the men that showed up to do the work they did their work. They were courteous, but your scheduling and lack of human communication is ridiculous.

Waste Of Money
Truly dissatisfied. I paid a lot of money for my refrigerator with the freezer at the bottom. After paying an observation fee for the technician to tell me this is only a temporary fix for around about 30 days, that the freezer will break again!!! And if I want to buy another replacement freezer that will cost me well over $600 or more…what? Fix my freezer!!! That is not fair that my entire refrigerator was extremely expensive to be broken in an instant. Now pay the piper for putting a bandage and not fixing! My problem! After googling, about this refrigerator/freezer at the bottom…this type online has been completely busted within a year or two. Don't buy this refrigerator. And if you do…u will suffer the consequences that I now have to endure. I will never ever have ice coming from my current refrigerator. Give me my money back and will go buy a proper new one without the drama.

Your tech damaged the back of my refrigerator with a knife breaking the ice build up resulting in a hole in my unit.,he was rude and sloppy and I would never accept him in my home again

Very Poor Service
Please don't ever send this man,Bruno to my home again. Very rude, nasty, unable to explain to me what is wrong and how it will be fixed. Never said please when asking for a pail or towel. I am glad I was here and not my wife. He lost out on a huge tip. This man should not be working for your company.
