A&E Factory Service
A technician came to our home & ordered parts. It took 3 weeks to get all three. It is VERY difficult to communicate with them. They tell you to call a #. Which I did, everything is automated & it gets you no where. Finally after much frustration our refrigerator was fixed.

Nice but it's only partially fixed
We had food stuck on dishes still and I complained that the heat was not on and the racks kept rolling. He cleaned the filter and fixed the racks but we still have no heat in it. We put it on steam and it's cold when we open it up. It used to blow us away with the heat.

Your phone system is horrible. Bruno was good.
The service technician was very good. However your telephone system is just horrendous so bad I would never use you again. I received an email the day the service tech was supposed to arrive, indicating the appointment was scheduled for another day. You don't even have the courtesy to provide a live person to answer the phone, it's very unfortunate because the service technician was very good. However, your method of communication and willingness to post pone an appointment at the last minute is simply unacceptable. .

Service to my refrigerator
He was very abrupt at the first visit but was better at second visit. He did not ask if shoes were allowed in my home. Shoes are dirty!

Technician was very quick and did not give me measurement of fridge and serial number that I asked him to write down incase I needed to buy a new one. He said he didn't have a tape measure either.

The AC unit is still not working and is still leaking. I need repair immediately as I've gone weeks waiting for this appointment and unit not working properly. Rami himself is very professional but Sears lacks sufficient staff.

Misleading service
This appointment was a waste of time. Telephone agent lead me to believe Sears technician would be able to repair my boiler. I was told by technician that this is a service Sears does not provide. So why bill me for refusing maintenance?. How can you maintain something that's broken?

Worst experience ever.
Technician Bruno was not very informative and seem to be rushing to leave when I was trying to get information I needed to provide to my insurance company. He gave me incorrect information that I had to clarify with my insurance company. I hoping I receive a much customer friendly technician when the repair is done. Bruno definitely needs some training in providing better customer service.

Suddenly nothing covered under MPA
One item broke for the first time. 2nd is a shelf frame that was replaced a few months ago and is clearly defective. Master Protection Agreement has always covered them.
