Jon was great, I had to order a replacement part through the manufacturer of my dishwasher, it took some time to get it, and he actually still remembered me when I finally got the part and was ready to get it installed, was great customer rapport. And he installed the part very quickly!

He finally found the right problem
I have been dealing with Sears since July 31st, with canceled appointments and late showings. The last diagnosis was wrong, and we spent a lot of money on parts we didn't even need. The first technician didn't know what he was doing. Joe came today and figured it out, with no need for parts, just a plugged filter causing reduced cold water flow. Maybe Joe should be training your other technicians. I honestly had given up on Sears because our experience was terrible. So glad they still have technicians like Joe, he is older but much wiser and goes from experience not a book. It is September 4th, and the nightmare is over!

Maytag Dryer Repair
Joe completed the work quickly and efficiently. The only thing that could have been better was to order the parts before the initial visit. I wanted the rollers and belt replaced, but they came to do an inspection and then had to order the parts, which ended up being the rollers and belt. It took two weeks to complete, which could have been done on the first visit had we been able to order the parts upfront. All in all - the dryer is up and running! Thank you.
