Very helpful
Eugene was honest and helpful when he came to look at my dryer. He took everything apart and showed me what was wrong, and was very honest about the cost and if it was worth repairing or not, which was greatly appreciated.

Your Service Rep. that came to service / check / repair our Frigidaire top loading washing machine that wouldn't stop filling with water, was EXCELLENT!!! After going through the initial checking of the functions of the washer (as directed in a special maintenance book inside one of the washer panels). He went through each of wash cycles and each time the washer stopped filling with water and went into the washing cycle. I didn't have my clothes in the washing machine balanced causing the problem. Joe was very kind, considerate, knowledgeable and patient. He answered all my questions!!! I'm washing my 2nd load of clothes now, thanks to Joe😀!! I will definitely refer your company and Joe to friends and family!!! Thank You for your support and service!!

I have had the preventative checks on all my sears appliances through the years. Joe came to check on my refrigerator and dishwasher. He identified an issue with refrigerator that needed a refrigerator tech. He called for assistance and to set up a refrigerator tech appointment.
