Tads was timely, responsive, and very helpful. Great technician. Your computerized questions leading up to the appointment were unbearable. Unable to have a discussion or have a specific question answered was beyond confusing.

I don't know what happened to sears, but the customer service is terrible! I have used A&E for years but something has drastically changed. I paid up front for my service and parts on June 27th. My appointment was canceled multiple times, last minute. Parts were not shipped and customer service just gave me a run around. I finally received my repair after an entire month without my refrigerator. It's no wonder you wait on hold forever for someone to pick up. ( in India not the U.S.) They never help anyone so everyone is always calling. Absolutely worst experience of my life. I would not recommend at all.

Samsung Dishwasher Mystery Leak
Jon was great in taking the unit apart to try and diagnose where the leak was coming from and as I've seen in several Online videos, there were no obvious broken parts and no real culprit found. The associated parts were taken apart and cleaned and reassembled. He ran the unit through a cycle and was not able to identify any leaking. I will monitor it and see if the Leak Detection fault comes back up and water is detected but this appears to be a Samsung issue. I can't say enough about Jon in explaining everything he did and showing me what may have been a former cause but no longer appeared to be the issue. I was very satisfied with his services.
