Attempt repair of induction range
Same repair person came to my home 4 times in an attempt to repair my range. Excellent knowledge of the product and tried several times to convince the insurance company that it should be totaled. They finally agreed. Good man.

Service window time too long. 8-5
This review is about the time window of service. 8-5. I had to cancel an appointment at 11:00. He didn't arrive until about 1:00. Was here about 15-20 minutes. I could have made my appointment and been here for the sevice call if they had given a smaller time window. 8-12 or 12-5. Narrow your windows of service calls. If things change then call the people waiting. My time is valuable too. The technician was great. This review is not about his performance.
