Unfortunately, our appliance was unable to be repaired and will need to be replaced. the service technician stated that he could no longer get parts for the item. He is very friendly and knowledgeable.

Great service tech
Joel was very professional, knowledgeable, and gave me honest advice concerning my repair. Unfortunately, due to the age of my refrigerator, parts were not available to complete a repair. Joel gave me advice on how to extend the functionality of my fridge until I can buy a new one. On a matter unrelated to Josh,it would be beneficial that on the day before my appointment I could be told a more precise time,such as morning or afternoon. Saying 8-5 is not customer friendly.
