Jon was knowledgeable and obviously had much experience in appliance troubleshooting and repair. He quickly determined the problem, had the replacement part, oven igniter, with him. He was neat and very polite and friendly. In today's throwaway society, it is harder and harder to get items repaired. That increases the cost, because the repair person needs to come from further away. Great job! I would recommend this service.
