Oven repair

Tech was great
The tech who did the repairs on my riding mower was great. He was friendly, resourceful and explained everything he was doing and why. Working with the Sears system was dreadful. After diagnostic visit, tech ordered parts. They were delivered quickly. I then scheduled appt for install - only way to do that is through electronic system. That is standard these days, so it's fine. What wasn't fine was when my wife took the day off for their 8a-5p window and no one showed up. Appointment was confirmed by sears electronic system, but there was no way at all to connect to a live person to get an update on why no one showed up. I had to schedule another appointment and hope for the best. Tech did show up and completed the repair.

OMG- Charles is such a professional. He explains what he is doing-I think my husband learns from him…He goes above & beyond & is so personable & always is able to figure out repairs when they don't always go as expected. He needs a raise!
