Great service with thorough explanation
Charles arrived when expected, asked about the error code and started the machine after looking for leaks. After several minutes, the dishwasher started and ran normally. Charles stayed for about half of the wash cycle and gave us a good explanation of what may have caused it to give the error message. No need to fix anything now since it is working fine. We would be happy to have Charles return if needed.
