EXCELLENT Technician
While I think The Sears Master Protection Plan makes its customers wait MUCH TO LONG to get a repair appointment - in my case 10 days without a refrigerator/freezer - when the tech arrived he was WONDERFUL. He totally went above and beyond, to right the problem and I couldn't be more grateful. It seems like once SEARS has your money, you become a low priority in terms of appointments, but fortunately the tech knew his job, was professional, kind and got my Sears Kenmore Elite working again. It needed a new compressor after only 4 years. THANK YOU Brian!

GE Dryer Belt Replacement
Alexander was competent and professional, but I would never recommend this service to anyone. The 1st of 2 trips was not required. I emailed the model an SN of the dryer, plus the broken belt diagnosis. Also an 8 hr arrival window is unacceptable. Alexander was fine, the service is horrible. Really horrible.

Robert was fine but…
My issue wasn't resolved because although I gave a detailed description of what was wrong, the technician didn't receive that information so he had to come twice but he still didn't have all the equipment needed to finish the job. On top of that he waited a half hour in my place waiting for approval to order the part and then it wasn't approved. So I still have a main burner on my stove not working.

I was told 3 different times that the sercie provider would have the needed parts - this is the third visit to my house this has taken 3 + months - today the third vist again he did not have any needed parts - a TOTAL WASTE of TIME for everyone. The service was HORRIBLE

Alex is a liar !! He has never come to my home!
I have had 5 or more appointments and alex is always " no show" ! I ask for alternate repair man and they keep sending alex. Must be only repair man. I ask for alternative repair authorization and they sent because alex is available!! I am happy if alex come but he doesn't come ! I pay for warranty and you abuse my famil By making us wait many days and by stealing my money!!
