Dryer repair
Alex did a wonderful job. Explaining everything along the way. He has the parts in his truck. He completed the job in a timely fashion. He even cleaned up the dryer and surrounding area. This was so helpful to my family. 5 stars.

Service with confidence and a smile
My refrigerator broke down one month ago, trying to get service was a nightmare with their subcontractor nex appliance who was a no show! I had to BEG for the in-house tech who was finally assigned: BRIAN T. I could not have been happier to see him! He ordered the parts we needed and fixed our fridge. Sears took one month to make this happen. Sears is a broken company. Experienced employees have left a vacuum for techs who know what they are doing. Nex Appliance finally called us back. He was on vacation and Sears was referring customers to him for service! Not a very good working relationship! Brian T is one of the few experienced techs they have left. Give the guy a raise and pair him up with an intern so he can train the next generation to fix our appliances. GOD bless Brian T and his colleagues in the field. The customer service staff tries to help but the company is a stripped down dinosaur in a modern world . Shop elsewhere! Caveat Emptor!!!! JR

Brian quickly and efficiently complete the repair. Not as happy with the robot experience for the scheduling, nothing to do Brian, but it got done.
