Repair dryer
Alexander was polite, professional, neat and very clear about what he was going to do. He made the repair and I asked to return one item as it appeared that the replaced part was the problem, not the circuit board. He explained that I could return it and a refund for that part of the paid repair would be refunded. I chose to do that. It was a positive experience.

Great Job
The refrigerator was out of service since July 15,2023. After many many hours on the phone with your company and four broken service appointments the refrigerator was finally fixed today October 25, 2023. That's over 100 days. Terrible company.
