finally fixed thanks to Marc
1st tech guy ordered parts .2nd tech guy said wrong part ordered and reordered correct part , next tech installed part however the stove still did not light all burners , then came Marc (4th tech)and he ordered more parts ,on his next visit he discovered 1 of those parts was not what was ordered so he ordered again . Marc's 3rd visit enabled him to repair the problem. It took 4 techs ,6 visits and just shy of 2 months to complete this job . Marc is Knowledge'd , polite , professional and reassuring . He is an asset to your organization .
