Timely and very fast
Bryan was a no-nonsense type of guy, got right to business and had the tools and repair parts needed. In less than 1 hr he had replaced the exhaust pump on my washer and was back on the road.

Washing machine belt replaced
The technician replaced the belt, but the cost is way too high. The belt was just over $30 and Sears charged me almost $360. This is ridiculous. I am disappointed in the company.

Frank is the best
Frank knew exactly how to fix the problem and in addition to making the fix he explained everything in an easy way to understand and it really meant a lot to us. Would recommend Frank every time, and will be scheduling with him yearly to do routine maintenance. Give this man a raise!
