The best tech person we have ever had, over several years having the Sears service plan during. He restored the operation of our Kenmore water softener with a rebuild of the unit. He had several appointments that day, however he worked into hours past a normal service day on our problem and completed the job. Please give this a raise. Deserves a 5 star rating!
