Fridge motor replacement
Michael notified us 45 minutes before his arrival. He was timely, courteous and professional. He explained the ins and outs of getting a new motor installed in your fridge and let us know it would take a couple days to come up to temp. We thank Michael and Sears for the great service.

Great service rep
Joseph was a great service rep. However, my experience with sears was lackluster. It took over a month to get someone to fix my dryer. It took two weeks to schedule the first appointment and I was never told that I had to be on site, which meant I had to reschedule and wait another two weeks. Then part needed to be ordered and I had to wait another two weeks to have that person return with the. It simply took a long time to receive service in my area

Danny is a great tech
Danny is a professional and respectful. He always does his best to repair my aging stove. I just wish the warranty company would give up and let me get a new stove, but Danny is great working with what I've got.
