Fast and efficient
My technician did a great job exchanging the rubber seal on the door of my washing machine. He was very polite, and left everything neat and clean. Highly recommend.

Michael was very pleasant upon arrival. Showed him the refrigerator and was knowledgeable about the ins and outs of an older model. Cleaned out some backed up ice. The whole Sears on line process is painless, from booking your own appointment thru payment. I will continue to use Sears in the future
