Technician was fine.
The technician was fine however I can't say the same about the service I received! My air conditioner went out on a Sunday and was finally repaired on Friday after being rescheduled 5 times during that week! I'm canceling my Choice Home Warranty Service!

Jonathan was on time giving me updates on his arrival which was appreciated. He was here also last week when they had sent the wrong part and he apologized for their mistake, that was very nice, he set up a new appointment and reordered the part . Hopefully the problem is solved but he let me know what to do if it isn't. He appears to be very good at his job and is a very friendly young man.
