Your repairman Ray was great
The problem is Sears/Cinch who will not listen to their own repair person who stated to me that the unit cannot be repaired nor should it be repaired because the repair will NOT last.

Service Technician Dontee
Dontee's customer service was exceptional. He made sure that we as the homeowners were completely informed on every aspect of the repair. And the service he provided to our tenant at our rental property was equally as exceptional!! He looked at every possible scenario for the cause of the reported issue, and left no stone unturned. His kind and informative mannerisms were those of a professional, knowledgeable and seasoned technician!! He should be supervising and training junior technicians to provide the exemplary service and care that he is committed to providing!!! 5 stars are simply not enough to rate this outstanding young man!!! We are incredibly grateful and thankful for such a seamless and easy transaction from this young man who went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction!!!!!!

Of the Tech the did the service
When he arrived I give him the information he needed. He then went right to work on fixing the problem. He did install some new parts and then tested the wash and the problem was fix. He went over everything showed me the old parts that he replaced. He did a great job and was very friendly.
