Rodney was an excellent customer service repairperson. Even though, I understood that he was coming a day later, he completed the service evaluation after 6pm and answered all of my questions. He also phoned me back very quickly when I had another series of questions the next morning about the washer.

The technician was good and new what he was looking for ...the only issue was that the part causing the grinding noise is starting to wear down and is almost broke but can't be replaced till it is completely broke..It would be better to fix before completely broken so we don't have to go without washer...it's a bad procedure not technician..

Jonathan was very professional and courteous. Explained in detail why FIRST AMERICAN HOME WARRANTY refused to cover my previously approved repair of my 4 year old LG refrigerator. He came prepared with all the parts necessary to fix it and took the time to speak with the warranty company to try and get the work done. LG technicians will be required to do the job. Shame in my warranty company for not getting the proper licensed technician for LG. Sears and Jonathan were amazing and I would recommend them any day...NOT FIRST AMERICAN HOME WARRANTY! 5 STARS FOR SEARS AND JONATHAN
