3 plus weeks without a dryer.
Between Choice Home Warranty and Sears Home Services was the biggest competition on who to offer the lowest customer service possible and blame the other side. So today, we finally had a Sears technician showing up, part was here for a while and surprise Choice had not approved the repair, not because was not covered, because they didn't care and blamed Sears for not reaching out and Sears blamed Choice because they always failing to submit the work orders in time. Si today luckily William was kind enough to stick around allowing us to call Choice and have them straight up the part with who is paying who. Thank you William.
