Knowledgeable and professional.
Although the technician was proficient, We have been dealing with the dryer issue since November 14th. It is extremely difficult to speak with a supervisor once there is an issue. The main reason that we purchased Sear Master Protection Plan was not to have to deal with this kind of unprofessional customer service.

Knows His Stuff
Cristian was very thourough in his job, he looked at everything from the crossing system to the washer itself. Tested it with and without laundry in it. Checked underneath and even gave me a few tips to keep my washer longer!

My tech was great, on a scale from 1-10 he was a 10. Sears service and my experience with their service team was a zero on the same scale. Their automated system is horrible and the overseas customer service lacks knowledge, and all they were good at was lying to me! Donnovan at least restored some belief that Sears knows a little about customer service! I will be hard pressed to ever use them again.
