Jim isn't the problem
Jim was excellent and concise. The problem is Choice Home Warranty and the lack of communication. I was very disappointed when the first tech came out and notified me that they are not an authorized LG warranty repair company and then I was sent a new tech from the very same company. It was a waste of everyone involved time. But Jim, he was great, thanks Jim.

Both times he came out he was friendly and professional. We are a shoe free home for our daughter who has a medical conditio, so upon entering I offered him and his partner booties to wear as I know they have to have their shoes on and both he and his partner were respectful of it.
