Fixed it right, Avery knows his stuff. He noticed how things were not fixed correctly the 1st time. He explained everything he did in great detail. Made certain everything was working as it should before he left. I would want him for all my services!!

The ice maker broke and, as usual, it was a very inconvenient time right before the holidays. Sears was great, especially the technician, Jim. Because we had to order the parts there was uncertainty as to when they would arrive. Jim gave us his cell number and said to call if the parts came in before they were scheduled---three weeks away. They did come in; we called Jim, and he fit us into his busy schedule. Excellent service all around.

Service Tech was amazing
I've had two service techs out here fixing my dryer. They booth are a 5-6 star rating. I will only use SEARS service techs to fix my household appliances. Your company has some fantastic employees you got a customer for life now.

Rikki greeted us by saying who he was. Very professional and very courteous. He immediately knew what the problem was after listening to it run. Rikki had the parts with him and went to work to fix our dryer. Now runs like new. Thank you, Rikki
