Oven Gas leak
The technician Raymond was not helpful and too stoic. Just checked and that it was it part of the appliance so it is not covered. No offer of options. Just bland and not accommodating!

Very disappointing
The service man left without giving me any information and when I called him, he said he had done his job. He replaced the rollers, but the dryer doesn't work and I'd have to call to make another appointment. He didn't tell me anything before he left.

Poor service . Work order sent out July.
Unreliable. Since July tech had been working on the issue. No positive result. Still broke

Could not fix
Tech was not prepared, even though I sent model #. Then suggested a plumber. Useless.

Not Happy
They say the part was faulty. The water to the fridge was never shut off during the repairs. So my kitchen flooded I followed his directions to the T. Which were just remove the stuff and keep freezer door to avoid mold. Wait 6 hrs turn back on the fridge. I will call and make arrangements when the part is delivered. Not doing this.

I can't believe this technician
The service call was for my washer leaking. The entire spill pan that the washer sits in was full of water. I am a single woman who cannot lift the washer nor do I have anything to suck up the water. He looked at it and I guess he repaired it. He didn't bother to suck out the water that was in the spill pan leaving me with a huge mess. All he kept saying was he's ready to get his weekend started.
