My technician was timely, efficient and knowledgeable. Scheduling the appointment was easy, however, the automated confirmation system kept telling me I had not confirmed my appointment and I found it difficult to reach someone to confirm my appointment. The service and part were pricey, but I didn’t have any other options in my area. Overall, I’m happy with my experience.
