WHAT SERVICE ? I PUT 1 STAR BUT IT SHOULD BE ZERO!
Terrible!!!!! My appointment was for about 10 AM, he showed up after 4PMWhen I told him I wanted to check water level he said he already did and it was fine, I said I was checking he started raising his voice and yelling at me! I turned the dial and he changed it again. The whole time yelling at me he fixed it and tried it on low wash, I kept trying to explain it worked on low, but would not fill on lg load to rinse. He kept telling me he couldn't stay around for me to check, I finally told him to leave. Guess what he didn't fix it and after a month it is still not working and we have a non working machine!!!!!! DO NOT SEND THIS MAN TO MY HOME AGAIN!!!! He also said if it didn't work he only was hired to put the parts in and couldn't order parts? What kind of service people do you employ?

Dissatisfied customer to say the least!!
Waited all day for service man that never came!! I need fir someone to call me and explain why he never showed up!! I need something done about our fridge asap service man has been here various times problem still continues!! Would someone please respond, before I report to better business bureau! Am not satisfied at all with sears home services!!

Refrigerator not repaired. Part not ordered. Report wrong
Terrible experience. Waiting for 1 month for this "repair" appointment. Last tech on Sept 15th said it was the compressor, waited more than a week for parts. Appointment cancelled last minute on Sept 28th &pushed to today. Tech opened fridge & said it not a compressor issue. Said he was not going to put new compressor. Said it was control panel and that he would order it. I asked several times are you going to order? Do I have to do anything? He said no but to contact warranty phone number. Found out he didn't order control panel. I read the service report he filled out that got texted to me stating my appliance is working fine. My appliance is not working fine! My frozen food freezes and then defrosts on and off. All my ice cream melted. How is the freezer working if my ice cream turned to milk? He just happened to come on a day that it was frozen. My fridge doesn't keep anything consistently cold. The bottom of the appliance blows hot air on the floor & there is a loud noise coming from the right side of refrigerator that happens often. Worst experience. This appliance has not worked since day 1. Purchased June 20,2023. I called it in and have been give the run around till finally on Sept 3rd everything melted and they decided to file a claim for me. I'm still under the 1 year warranty & GE will not follow through with fixing this. Now GE is sending another repair company out supposedly. I'm still waiting on that. Horrible experience by every tech sent out. Horrible communication with their 1-800 number. Horrible experience with their customer relations department that I call almost everyday trying to get this brand new fridge fixed. I have a family and kids and I have not had a fridge for 1 whole month. I had to buy a mini fridge that barely holds half a gallon of milk. Why won't GE or the techs believe me that the fridge is not working???

Issue Not Resolved
tech came in diagnosed the issue, says it was our vent for the dryer told us he does not clean them and left.

Refrigerator/Frigerator
After spending close to $1,000 to replace the compressor and other part on my refrigerator that the technician Hugo diagnose and stated that was the problem...it still does not Work! I ask for the techician - Hugo to come back and fix my frigerator or have Sears reimburse me the money I payed to GET IT FIX!

very upset - he wrote that my ice maker was frozen up and that is way the piece broke - If I had known I would have filmed and better document his repair while here - it was not frozen - we removed all the ice and at first he still couldn't understand why it didn't work. I clean the ice maker at least once a month for this purpose - we use it alot. It was empty alot for my husband ice machine we put on his leg.(so it was cleaned out. Because of this Choice will not fix it. Very upset
