Outstanding
Maurice identified and fixed the problem with our dryer pretty fast. He also did some PM on the dryer, two refrigerators and gave me some tips on how to keep them running better. It wasn't free, but I feel the value I received was outstanding.

Refrigerator Diagnostic
Michael was polite and knowledgeable of the make and model of my old Kenmore fridge, although we expected the technician to resolve the issue and deducting the diagnostic fee from the repair fee, he gave us some advice for finding the correct light bulb to fit our appliance better instead of the generic bulb we had purchased. Thx!

Refrigerator not fixed
First, my refrigerator is still not working correctly. No cooling or cold working. The problem has not been fix. Michael is friendly, professional serviceman.

Elijah was good and did just the minimum that he was supposed to do but I was just very frustrated because I had Michael at the same house one hour before Elijah came in and that was ridiculous that I had to stay there for Michael he leaves and an hour later Elijah comes in to do one last appliance it was a waste of both of their times and my time

Too busy...
Alonso was not really helpful. States he was only here to "replace" the ice trays mechanism, apparently not to find/fix the real problem, which is the compressor. Stated he "was too busy to submit anything on that". Advised we would have to submit a new claim. Considering that our initial claim was fridge not making ice (now we know that it is because not getting cold enough) you would think it should be included.
