Problem with Kenmore refrigerator had gone on for months. Got message from Sears 2 months ago with repair appt. I drove 14 hours to be there- cancelled 1 hr before arrival. Many phone calls. Sears sent message-all parts arrived- rescheduled repair for today. My son drove 7 hrs to be at appt. email today with comment from Michael- All parts returned to sender. I'm really not happy with Sears products or service. I've never been through such a run-around or so much frustration with a company!

Unhappy
Is the sixth day I have taken off work to wait for one of your employees to come to my house for a scheduled appointment no one has shown up on the third time someone came up over and said hey your dishwasher is broken. We need to order parts I have now stayed home again. No one has shown up again today. I understand that they have until 5 o'clock to show up today, but I'm getting this message saying please tell me how your service tech did and no one has come to my house yet I am a very unhappy customer at this point in time I would like my dishwasher fixed. It has not worked since April and you guys don't call me. Don't talk to me and don't show up.

Refuses to repair dryer
We put sign out saying we are home for service appt so he can't take a picture saying we weren't there. This is 3rd appt that he has purposely not shown up for the repair. 3rd time, we've waited at the house and wasted time. Then sent an email receipt showing he made a service call. Ridiculous!

Job never completed
After numerous appointments where the tech didn't show up, l received a text today that tech arrived and work completed. So after 8 weeks dryer is still not fixed.

Terrible service
I waited and took off work for the service tech to show up He signs off like his been here and has not showed up for the last 4 times he was scheduled. My refrigerator is getting worst. I've had the parts in my garage since October. I started this process in June with my refrigerator not getting fixed. Your warranty is not worth the paper it wrote on. I call and I keep getting the same story with the promise the tech will show up and he never shows This the reason Sears is in shape it is in. I'm scheduled for the tech to come on March 5th. I'll bet he never shows up again and I'll get the same story again when I call.

Dissatisfied
The technician never called or showed up today. This is the second time it has happened. I should not have to pay another service fee because Sears sent the wrong part to begin with. This has been the biggest debacle ever. There is no "live" person to speak with on your ridiculous automated phone system. I'm very dissatisfied and will end my service agreement if this is not rectified.

This technician never showed up
This technician never showed up at my house for the last 3 scheduled appointments. August 1 I was called and told he wasn't available and they rescheduled to August 8th. On the 8th I got a text saying I wasn't home with a picture of a door. It was not my door or my house. They then rescheduled for August 29 and I waited at home all day to finally call and be told that the technician had closed out my ticket because of too many reschedules and not being home. I have not had my dryer since May and need it fixed!!! I have never rescheduled an appointment from my end.

Refrigerator repair
As of 4:30 p.m. MDT August 21, 2023, no one has come to my home to do any repairs to my refrigerator. I did not receive a text with any information about a corrected time today. My gate has been open since 7:30 a.m. this morning and is still open as of right now and I have been in my residence all day. This continued lack of service has cost me quite a bit of money in spoiled food plus my time. There have also been several missed appointments prior to this one. I would like the part that has been sitting on my kitchen counter for the last several weeks to be installed as soon as possible. Please correct this service call with one that actually happens as soon as possible.

WAITED 37 DAYS FOR THE REPAIR TO BE COMPLETED
THREE APPOINTMENT WERE MADE AND THE CANCELLED. WE WERE NOT NOTIFIED THAT THEY WERE CANCELLED UNTIL THE APPOINTMENT TIME HAD EXPIRED. WE WAITED ALL DAY FOR THREE DIFFERENT APPOINTMENTS ONLY TO BE DISAPPOINTED WITH A CANCELATION. I ONLY HOPE THAT THE REPAIRS DONE TODAY WERE COMPLETED WITH POSITIVE RESULTS
