I would really like to see Michael…
Met him once when he diagnosed the problem with my washer. Since then, each appointment has been cancelled and/or I missed him. A phone call before he arrives would be appreciated. I am sad that my washer has been broken for over 3 months now. I can't wait for Michael to repair it.

Oven doesn't work
Michael is very nice and quick but when I went to use the stove I turned it on and smelled electrical smell. Then when I used the oven I got a error code F8EO cooling fan set to low .

Nice guy but not efficient
Michael showed up the first time and figured out the safety switch was broken. We knew it was likely also the motor but he didn't test that. Visit #2 - I took off work all day and no one showed up. Visit #3 - Michael came and decided that the motor was no good and ordered the parts. Vist #4 - no show and I was rescheduled without any choice. Then within 24 hours, rescheduled again. Visit #5 is on 8/16. It could have been DONE in two visits but is dragging. No wash machine forever. This is ridiculous and no way to contact a person at Sears Home Services. I am having to NOT WORK for every day there is supposed to be a visit. Do it right the first time, do a thorough check and then he can get to more people.

Warranty work
The service is terrible the technician has not showed up but "1" time in 16 months. My refrigerator does not work at all and warranty is not worth the paper it was wrote on. Technician signs all work orders and does not show up or answers his phone terrible, terrible service and warranty is worthless. I have called hundreds of times over the 16 months with a promise that it will be taken care of but nothing
