Bad
Bad service, intermittent microwave heating. Insisted micro was working. Took 5 to 10 seconds to light up magic light. Finally quit working wanted to charge extra service fee for 2nd trip even though 1st appointment didn't correct the problem. Cancelled service contract money grabbing scheme.

repair the refrigerator
The tech arrived asking us (the homeowners) what is required to be replaced. After providing the parts, he understood what was required but complained why certain parts were required. It seems that this tech didn't review the notes of the case prior to arriving. After leaving, no further diagnostic testing was completed. within 5 mins of leaving our home, the refrigerator "reset" itself completely.

Very Disrespectful
This man was very disrespectful did not even listen or try to understand what I was trying to tell him what the issue was with the washer. He did not even really look to make sure there was any issues. All he kept doing was telling me there's nothing wrong because there's no error code on the front screen. I did explain to him that the issue doesn't happen every single time but it has been happening more often. He assumed that I was lying about the issues with my washer. Then telling me that he is done this 30+ years and he knows and that people tell him stuff all the time that are not true. He assumed that I was lying about the issue. I have no reason to lie about what is going on with my washer. All I want is for my washer to work correctly all the time not only sometimes. I have had other technicians come to my house and fix other issues with my washer that eventually ended up getting fixed not once have I ever been treated that way. All I want is for somebody to truly look at my washer and not accuse me of lying. I had to schedule another appointment to get my washer looked at. If I was able to I would write him a zero because how disrespectful he was.

Dryer still not spinning
The dryer is having difficulty spinning after paying over four hundred dollars for the dryer not to be fixed with its spinning cycle . I have to cycle the dryer twice for clothes to be completely dry .
