Dishwasher diagnosis
I give him a 5. The best. He got the dishwasher out .It was difficult. He diagnosed a leak,cleaned it up and tried to order3 parts, but one is not available. I bought this dishwasher in 2004 when I bought the house.But He explained everything to me, and I trust his opinion.

I bought a new washer and it had a lot of loud noises. The repair woman did checks and explained how the new washer worked and the noises were normal for this brand. The cost of the visit was well worth it for my peace of mind.

Rafael was the 2nd technician to come out after I had received parts that the 1st technician had ordered weeks prior. Rafael instantly knew what was wrong with my microwave just by me describing the issue. The parts that were received were not the problem. First he checked his parts stock on hand on his truck, didn't have the right one on hand, but ordered the correct part immediately locally, left to finish his other scheduled appointments, picked up my part and came back that same evening to install it. His work was experienced, it was important to him to resolve the problem & he was courteous & polite. Thank you again, Ralph!
