John is a well seasoned professional and a complete gentleman.He originally diagnosed the problems we were having with our refrigerator and ordered all parts he needed to complete the task.Upon his return he installed all the parts in short order.Our refrigerator has been returned to its original good working order.I would recommend his service to anyone.
