Excellent service By John Very Professional After 2 months finally my refrigerator got fixed Yes I'm very disappointed with Sears Warranty team how my service was handled because Parts were ordered by same tech John S who should have been assigned to come back and replace the parts vs assigning other tech who kept canceling and rescheduling my appointment almost 5 times Again Thank you so much John S who was finally scheduled who contacted me thru out the day and completed the work Regards Hemang

Felix was good, there is a problem that I have been having for a long time. I set up an and No one Shows Up!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. I waited for two days with an appointment for each, no one came!!!!!! This is so frustrating for me!!!!!!! Sitting and waiting for a technician and No one!!!! This has happened more times that it should!!!!!
