It was all wrong. He did not have the part to make the repair. Also he doesn't fix what was needed. He was very nice and polite but couldn't make the repair

Ian review
Ian initially told my husband we needed a plumber. They sent him back because the plumber said we needed a HAVAC person. When Ian came back he called & said he was in the driveway & may not be able to service the unit. I & my husband told him to come in because the work that needed to be done and something about a pump was in the attic not outside. The only other part that was mentioned as well was a coil, which I believe is outside. Not good.

Not enough work put in
Would expect more than just pressing few buttons & deciding the machine wont work.

unhappy customer
Tom my service repair technician was excellent, however, the customer service I received during the process was horrible. I was never able to speak to a live person that was able to keep me abreast of the situation after i spent an entire day from 8am-5pm waiting home from work for my service repair man to show up only to find out from the automated call center or an email that I had been rescheduled 2 days later only to have to take another day off from work and wait another entire day from 8am-5pm. In the past we were given a 4 hour window to choose from either morning or afternoon to wait which was more reasonable than a window from 8a,-5pm.. I found this to be extremely fustrating and rude for Sears to think that my time was not valued.
