Un professional
Technician was very rude to my wife. He seemed to have an attitude about the whole situation. Totally disappointed with the non professionalism. I will never use sears home services again.

When can I wash my cloths??
Problem was misdiagnosed. Warranty company wants a second opinion. Over 4 weeks with no washing machine which is a Sears machine. Commination with Sears is harder than dealing with the pentagon. Please have someone call me!

Nothing to do with the technician.
I dislike your hours of service. How do you guys give people? The time frame between eight and five and then showed up exactly like a minute befire 5 pm ridiculous .. Not everybody has the luxury to be home sitting on their butt all day.. And has nothing tk do with the technician..

Awful
He was absolutely terrible! Did not look at the whole system. Simply looked outside and said that all we need to do is hose it down and then left. This is clearly someone who wanted to do the minimum. He did not investigate the issues at all. This is unacceptable. If I could give zero stars I would
