Darrel was a very efficient and nice man. He looked at my washer and we ran a cycle twice and he said he did not think the washer was leaking, but I should call my building maintenance to see if the pipe was clogged, that the water must be coming from the drainage pipe. I immediately called my building superintendent and he pull the stackable machines from their closet and said no water was coming from behind. He put the washer on a full cycle and sure enough - there is water leaking from the soap disposal area. I called your company and spoke to Monica who arranged for someone to come back on Tuesday, Oct.3rd to check it again. Difficult to deal with your company.

Not Repairable
Dave as usual was lovely. He was timely and courteous as he always is. I know hims so well bc he is always here! This is not about Dave. This is about the fact that this unit is not fixable and Sears is not doing the right thing. I will be contacting the NJ State AG as well as Brenda Baquero on NBC News so that they can expose Sears Protection Agreements for what they are, a complete rip off. Sears needs to be exposed for not replacing appliances when they know that they are not fixable and as the Sears Protection Agreement promises in the event that the unit is unable to be repaired. Dave is GREAT! Sears sucks!

ONCE AGAIN STOVE NOT FIXED!
I have now had Sears (and their subcontractors) here to fix my stove top several times and one of two things happens every single time… 1…The technician states he knows what's wrong and orders a hunch of parts… The parts then arrive and NO ONE CALLS TO SCHEDULE A FOLLOW-UP APPOINTMENT. I reach back out and schedule another appointment to have the ordered parts installed! 2 - When the next technician arrives to install the parts or ordered by the previous he tells me he can not repair because they do not work on 48 inch range's…I HAVE A DOMESTIC 48 inch KITCHENAID RANGE…IT IS NIT A PROFESSIONAL OR COMMERCIAL PRODUCT!!! Every time I schedule an appointment I provide the model and serial number…Why is it very technician so surprised when they are the range??? TOTAL INCOMPETENCE!!!! I pay my monthly premium every month and I pay my additional $100 deductible ever time I AM RESPONSIBLE FOR IT!!! At what point will SEARS hold up their legal obligation to either repair nor replace my range???

Zero Stars - Sears and Albert M have set the bar so low
Combative - Rude - Unprofessional - Liar - Not sure where Sears hires their staff but clearly they should have a better screening process. The technician called me around 10:49 saying he would be at the house in 10 min. Luckily i was home as the original scheduled window was 1-5pm. He didn't like that i said luckily i was home comment and then it was all down hill from there. He was wearing flipflops (how professional), i tried to help him troubleshoot because i had an idea on what the issue was. He didn't like me offering help. He got irate and then went to his truck to "calm down". He lit a cigarette, smoked it while speaking on the phone with either a dispatcher or supervisor. He finished his cigarette and then told me he is swapping schedules with another tech that would be at my house in 30 min. Within 15 min the appointment was cancelled. Never got a call back, no one came either. Sears

Why send a tech that doesn't know how to work on this?
Tech came out for my GE washer and dryer combo which only washes and doesn't dry. Tech was supposed to call a while before showing, and didn't. Was late for appointment time. When he got here he told us that he has never seen an all in one unit before and has no idea how to fix it. GE had previously sent us 2 parts to be installed. After taking off the wrong panel first, he eventually replaced one of the parts, but would not install the second as he didn't know how. He said we need an HVAC tech, which is absolutely not true. Waste of my time. Still now, dryer portion doesn't work.

Didn't even bother to fix it
Diagnosed the dishwasher as 30 years old when it's less than 5 years old. Complete misdiagnosis and was out in 5 minutes. How do you call that a repair?

It's NOT the technician; it's the product!
I have a 7 year old Kenmore washer and dryer. Recently the washer didn't work properly so I called Sears. Malcolm came out to "repair" the unit only to find it needs a part that is no longer manufactured!!! The machine is only 7 years old!! It cannot be fixed and Sears won't help me!
