Repair of Treadmill
David did a great job diagnosing where the noise in the Treadmill was coming from and eventually fixed the problem. He had to service the rear roller and replace the bearings that were bad. Even one of the new ones he installed had to be replaced as it was defective. Seems to be working fine now. It took a lot of time to fix this problem.

I would give Jim a 10, but since you only list 5 stars, he deserves all 5 of them. Jim is very proficient at his job! He checked everything and went over all the results with me. He is very honest because he told me he could not find anything wrong when he could have charged me for parts I did not need. We discussed all the results and layed out a plan I should follow to see if the issue with glasses can be resolved through alternative methods. I am very appreciative of his honesty and candor.
