We Received Great Service
Our technician, Nicholas, was knowledgeable, professional and a nice person. He explained everything to us and did a great job repairing our dryer. He arrived within the window of time agreed to and he texted us and called also. So his communication was very good and helpful. He did a good job explaining the offer of buying a service contract on our appliances, which I did purchase. It just made sense. Altogether a good job by Nicholas! I would recommend Sears Service for appliance repairs!

David is excellent but Sears sucks!
I've had my tractor serviced by David for close to 10 years and he is EXCELLENT! But I often wonder if it's worth all the spam phone calls, texts, and emails you get from Sears when you book an appointment.

Ethan is a very polite, nice, it was a pleasure to have him at my house. He try his best to fixed my refrigerator that was an issue after issue. My problem was not Ethan I I will like to get a review about the offshore customer service. O the person in corporate that keep order parts after Ethan said it was not working. This kid really try his best. I did request a senior technician to come so someone else will see what he was dealing with. 5 months of frustration most of them waiting for parts one was never needed and was a mistake!!! I waited a month for that!!! Still in the box! People like Ryan brings the Sears name up again. People like the offshore customer service puts the Sears name down! Keep people like Ethan in your team!
