Whirlpool Fridge Repair
Technician was very knowledgeable and addressed the issues that lead up to the overall issue. The only issue is that an estimate was not provided before the work. He went straight to addressing the issue. The estimate was provided same time as invoice. He did a good job explaining the issues and the root causes. Very appreciative.

We were given and 8:00-5:00 window for our service appointment for our refrigerator. The repair man arrived around 4:00 and when we should him our refrigerator was very annoyed. He kept shaking his head in displeasure that we had an LG refrigerator and that we were his last appointment. In the end he was a nice guy and fixed the problem but he made it very uncomfortable with how annoyed he was that we were his last appointment.

Refrigerator is still not fixed.
Stephen is courteous and punctual but has not fixed my refrigerator. He has been to my house three times now but no progress has been made. He seems to think the problem is fixed but the freezing problem still exists in the upper part of the refrigerator...not the freezer. Water continues collecting in the crisper drawers (2 large drawers in the top half of the fridge) and wets and freezes any food the water/ice touches. Ice beds keep forming under the drawers and I can't open the drawers within a couple of days after defrosting them. Please help.

YOUR REPAIR ESTIMATE WAS NEARLY EQUEL TO ONE CAN BUY NEW DRYER WHEN YOU HAS TO REPLACE THE SWITCH ONLY OF THE DRYER. I PRAY TO GOD TO KEEP ME AWAY FROM THESE TYPE OF PERSONS.
